Fuselage Leather Sheath for Laguiole 11 & 12 cm Pocket Knives

Product details for Fuselage Leather Sheath for 11 & 12 cm Laguiole Pocket Knives

Protect your prized French pocket knife with the Fuselage Leather Sheath. Handcrafted by the master leather artisans at Max Capdebarthes in the 12th-century village of Sauveterre de Rouergue, this sheath is made from premium, ultra-soft 1/8-inch thick full-grain cowhide. Double-stitched at all stress points, it is engineered to provide decades of reliable use while developing a beautiful, unique patina over time.

A Custom Fit for Laguiole: When a sheath bears the "Laguiole" designation in its title, it means it is not a generic pouch. It has been explicitly designed, contoured, and custom-molded to accommodate the unique, elegant curvature of a traditional Laguiole pocket knife. The Fuselage features a sleek, aerodynamic profile that securely hugs the distinctive serpentine shape of your Laguiole, ensuring a perfect, snug fit that protects the handle material and bolsters from scratches.

Versatile Belt Carry

The Fuselage features a highly secure metal snap closure and a dual-carry belt loop system located on the back. You can wear it horizontally (fits belts up to 1" wide) or vertically (fits belts up to 1.5" wide), providing comfortable, unobtrusive access whether you are outdoors or at a formal event.
